How Do I Create my Invoice Sherpa Trusted Advisor Account?

If you're on the list of accountants, bookkeepers and financial professionals who are approved to have an Invoice Sherpa Trusted Advisor account, follow these instructions to create your account.

QuickBooks Online for Accountants User (or QuickBooks Online client)

  1. Go to apps.com
  2. Search for Invoice Sherpa
  3. Click on Connect & Authorize
  4. Now you should be directed to the Invoice Sherpa interface.                                  - Please navigate from Home>Settings>Plans & Billing
  5. Enter your credit card information and select the Accounting plan and hit "Save" (your account will always be free - you can verify the zero balance charge in the same form you enter your information, our system simply requires a CC on file to create this type of account).

Xero

  1. Xero Marketplace
  2. Click "Get this app."
  3. You'll be redirected to the Invoice Sherpa homepage, click on "Start a 14-day free trial."
  4. Go through the brief set-up wizard and integrate your Xero account.
  5. Once in Invoice Sherpa navigate to "Settings" (the last option on the right left-hand menu bar).
  6. Under the "Settings" module navigate to "Plans & Billing".
  7. Select the Accounting plan, enter your credit card information, and hit "Save."

Any Other Platform/InvoiceSherpa Standalone

  1. Go to www.invoicesherpa.com
  2. Click on "Start a14-day free trial" (don’t worry - your account will always be free)
  3. Go through the brief setup wizard.
  4. Once in Invoice Sherpa navigate to "Settings" (the last option on the right left-hand menu bar).
  5. Under the "Settings" module navigate to "Plans & Billing."
  6. Select the Accounting plan, enter your credit card information, and hit "Save."

PLEASE NOTE - REGARDLESS OF THE INTEGRATION PATH:

* Your account will always be FREE for life as long as you bring in a minimum of one sub-account every six months. Our system simply needs a credit card on file to remove you from the "trial phase." You can verify the "$0.00" balance stated directly above the "Save" credit card information button.

** Your 20% wholesale discount (for your clients) will be automatically stored and applied to any sub-accounts linked to your master ISTA account.

*** The system currently states that the Accountant plan is up to 100 invoices - it's free and unlimited for life (the interface will be updated shortly).
