Need to update the name, credit card or billing address associated with your InvoiceSherpa account?
Updating Your Payment Information
- Log into your account
- Navigate to the settings tab (the last menu option on the left hand side)
- Under settings --> select Plans & Billings
- Scroll down until you see the Stripe form
- Enter new CC info and hit the green button that says "Save Credit Card"
If the update is successful you'll notice...
- The page should seem to refresh and the green "Save Credit Card" button will disappear
- A light green notification will pop up in the upper right hand corner indicating that your payment info has been updated (it only stays on the screen for about 10 seconds than fades so it's easy to miss)
Once you've completed those steps you're good to go.
